In January 2010 the Illinois Attorney General‘s Office made several changes to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This FOIA section has been added in an effort to comply with these changes.
There are several ways that you can submit a FOIA Request to the Kane County Auditor's Office. Fill in and print out the FOIA Request Form, then choose one of the following methods to submit it:
