The proposed financial system must:
Be intuitive, user friendly, and provide desired functionality
Be GASB 34 compliant and provide true fund and encumbrance accounting
Have all applications and modules integrated and supplied from the
authoring vendor
Leverage current industry standard technology and operating systems for
its database and application execution
Be congruent with the County's existing and future computing infrastructure
Have integrated functionality with Microsoft's desktop tools like Excel, Word
and Outlook
