The Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program was funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to provide financial and legal assistance to either prevent low-income individuals and families from becoming homeless or help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized. All program funds have been spent, and this program is no longer accepting clients. This webpage remains active to provide public access to the quarterly reports listed below.
