Under 55 ILCS 5/3-1005 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, the duties of the county auditor shall be to maintain a file of all contracts entered into by the county board and all authorized county officers, for or on behalf of the county.
For official copies of a contract please contact the County Auditor. Resolutions passed by the County Board which may have contracts attached are maintained by the County Clerk, and certified copies of resolutions are available.
