Combating Plastic Polluting

So far, humans have created more than 6.9 million tons of plastic waste since plastic production took off around 1950. This plastic does not degrade, but remains in landfills and pollutes our environment. Plastics waste now impacts human health, wildlife, and contributes to our carbon footprint.

What You Can Do:

  1. Move toward re-usables.
  2. Shop wisely.
  3. Talk to others.
