STEP 1: SEARCH 
� To make an electronic online payment, click on �Payment Portal� above. 

STEP 2: ENTER PAYMENT INFORMATION 
� Provide required information as directed for the type of electronic payment you are making (credit card, debit card or electronic check) and include any permit numbers or other information as directed. 

STEP 3: VERIFY PAYMENT 
� After entering the required information you will verify that it is correct. 
� If the transaction information is correct, you can press the Submit button. 
� If it is not correct, you can edit your transaction information or return to the home page. 

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION 
� Upon confirmation that your payment was authorized the system will generate a payment confirmation number and receipt. 
� If the authorization fails, you will receive a message noting the reason and will be asked to provide another card number or exit the payment process.
