​​Rain Barrels for Sale​

Kane County is partnering with The Conservation Foundation to provide affordable Compost Bins and Rain Barrels through a special time-limited program this spring.

  • Order Bins & Barrels online here by May 8th, 2021.​
  • Attend the (optional) informational webinar on April 26th at 7pm to learn how to create an environmentally-friendly yard with the benefits of using a rain barrel and compost bin. Register here. See more info on pg. 2 of the flyer.
  • Pick up your purchased items on May 18th between 3-5pm in St. Charles.
  • Cost: Rain Barrels are $60 each and the Compost Bins are $55 each.​

The Conservation Foundation

The Conservation Foundation sells rain barrels year-round through their partnership with Upcycle Products, Inc. The 55 gallon rain barrels are made of recycled food-grade plastic, come in a variety of colors and can be purchased online for $60 (plus tax).
